Ingredients
1store-bought or homemade pie crust
2/3cuppecanschopped
2eggs + 2 egg whitesbeaten
1cupbrown sugar
1cupcorn syrup
2/3cuprolled oats
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients . Stir until well combined. Pour filling into crust.
Bake for 50 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and extra pecans if desired.
